Kima Surf Camp Canggu is the Canggu base of Kima Surf, which also runs camps in Seminyak and Uluwatu and in Sri Lanka. The resort sits about 300 metres from the beach, a short walk from the breaks at Pererenan and Echo Beach. Rooms range from boho-style doubles to villas, including a two-bedroom villa and one with a private pool, all set around the resort's pools.

Surf guiding is included in the room price: guided sessions run twice a day, seven days a week, in small groups sorted by level, backed by surf theory and video analysis six times a week. Complete beginners book Kima's Learn-to-Surf course separately, a five-day package of six lessons (a three-day option is also offered), with lycra, towels, sunscreen and water provided. Private coaching with hotel transfers is available too, and boards from shortboards to mini-mals can be rented.

The resort is built for a social stay: there are three pools including a 50-metre beach pool with a diving platform, a 15-metre climbing wall, a gym with daily yoga, a surf-skate ramp, an ice bath and a 24-hour co-working space. Breakfast, free bikes and weekly barbecues are included, with airport transfers for stays of five nights or more. Rooms start from around EUR 24 per person per night; book through Kima's website or by WhatsApp.
